We provide extensive training and development initiatives including:-

• Monthly externally run training sessions held on site.
• Regular internal training seminars on relevant topics (including our own systems and processes).
• Regular external training courses, seminars, tax breakfasts and other education programs.
• Financial assistance and mentoring for employees undertaking CA and CPA programs.

Leebridge Group conducts performance reviews in July each year with an optional mid year review conducted in January. This is a comprehensive and inclusive process which aims to ensure we are always training and developing our staff to not only ensure they are able to carry out their role, but also to maximise their individual potential.
